Salba Smoothie!

Happy Friday!!

Woo-hoo! I thought it was a long week....

Salba is a natural and powerful food. We all could use a little more Salba in our life! So I have decided to make an effort in adding at 2 Tablespoons of this power food.

Salba Smoothie:

1 Cup of 100% pure Orange Juice
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Cup of Frozen berries
1 Serving of Fresh Frozen Wheat Grass
2 Tablespoons of Hulled Hemp Seeds
2 Tablespoons of Salba

Well, now I am off to work, energized and ready!!!
