Strawberry Kiwi Protien Shake

Good Workouts require a Good recovery shake! Check out this one....


  • 1 cup of 100% Orange Juice (I love Tropicana with Pulp)
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (no sugar added)
  • 1 scoop of Strawberry Kiwi Burst Protien Powder
  • 1 Tablespoons of CHIA
  • 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seeds
  • 1 serving of Wheat Grass (fresh)
  • 1.5 Cups of Organic Spinach
