BBQ Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies!

Dinner lastnight was so great...and I had a little help from Ronnie with BBQ'ing the chicken!
I marinated the chicken for 2 hours in a Fig and Maple marinade (store bought from Sobeys)
I chopped up a bunch of veggies and put them on a bed of baby spinach, splashed a bit of a low fat sesame dressing on top, and cooked up some Quinoa for our grains!

I'm just so happy to eat!!!! I LOVE FOOD!

Dinner is served and well enjoyed!!
