Egg White Scramble

This dish was really just a mix of chick peas, black beans, black eyed peas, egg whites, left over brown rice and millet, and salsa.

It turned out awesome and goes to show just how easy it is...and FAST to put together a simple yet healthy meal. It literally took less than 5 minutes to make and enjoy!
