HUMMMM .. I have everything but the spinach I think - but I do have a bag of mixed salad with spinach in it - perhaps I can go through it and pick some out! Thanks for lunch :)
I still haven't tried Keifer but I really need to! I love yogurt so I'm sure I would love this too.
Kefir is fantastic....however I cant do "Plain". I have tried...and it just sits in my fridge....I need a bit of flavor to enjoy the benefits of the probiotics.Ooops...I forgot to mention...ADD ICE. I like it cold and slushy so I add lots!Enjoy!!! (thanks for the comments!!!)
