Kefir Smoothie


Spring is here, and in order to fight off bacteria, you should add the good bacteria into your diet.

I love this shake!

1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop of vanilla gourmet whey
1/2 cup of Kefir (Strawberry flavored....mmmm)
1 cup of Spinach
1 Tablespoon of Sprouted Flax Seeds

Blend and Enjoy!!

HUMMMM .. I have everything but the spinach I think - but I do have a bag of mixed salad with spinach in it - perhaps I can go through it and pick some out!

I still haven't tried Keifer but I really need to! I love yogurt so I'm sure I would love this too.

Kefir is fantastic....however I cant do "Plain". I have tried...and it just sits in my fridge....I need a bit of flavor to enjoy the benefits of the probiotics.

Ooops...I forgot to mention...ADD ICE. I like it cold and slushy so I add lots!

I would love that to be my breakfast..:)Simply need the good to fight the bad.. cant agreed more.

Maybe I would add on a serving of protein powder...I just need protein :)
