Healthy Crock pot Turkey Chili

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 4-6 hours (crock pot)

  • Lean Ground Turkey
  • Large Can of diced tomatoes
  • Jar of your favorite tomato sauce
  • 1 can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic minced
  • 1 package of chili spices for the crock pot


Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces

Brown up the ground turkey with garlic, onions and peppers

(10 minutes)

Add to crock pot

Add all remaining ingredients and put on the lowest setting

Allow to cook for 4-6 hours

Put over steamed brown rice, or pasta.

So delicious and nutritious!!
