 I know that this may not be the prettiest oatmeal concoction that I have made and eaten, but it is incredibly tasty and super healthy!!! You have gotta give Vega One a chance and try many different ways! 

My oatmeal consisted of:

  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 tbs of milled flax seed
  • 1 tbs of chia seed
  • 1 serving of Vega One French Vanilla
  • 1 tbs of agave nectar at the end (not shown in pic)

How much liquid(water) do you use, 1/2 cup?

About 3/4 cups of boiled water! U can add a little more or less depending in your preference for consistent.
