In the Thrive Forward 30 day challenge this smoothie is the blank canvas smoothie. There are so many varieties to mix it up, this was my choice today!
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 scoop of chocolate performance protein
- a handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
