Thrive Forward, Breakfast Smoothie!

 I love smoothies! And this is a great start to my day, I feel so happy in my body to nourish it perfectly and start the day off right!

In the Thrive Forward 30 day challenge this smoothie is the blank canvas smoothie. There are so many varieties to mix it up, this was my choice today!

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1  cup of raspberries
  • 1 scoop of chocolate performance protein
  • a handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2  cup of ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
