Run recovery salad!

After a great Yoga practice and a beautiful run in the sun with the snowy view today I am enjoying a spinach salad loaded with healthy fixins to aid my muscles in recovery!

Run Recovery Salad
  • large handful of spinach 
  • large handful of romaine lettuce  
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 cashews
  • 10 pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp of hulled hemp seeds 
  • 1/4 cup of cooked brown rice 
  • a sprinkling of goats feta (not sure how much....maybe 2 tbsp?) 

Dressing: Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil
